Millers Rewards Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1.       Introduction

1.1.    The Millers Rewards Loyalty Program – I’m a Millers Woman is conducted in accordance to these terms and conditions. By joining the Millers Rewards Program, you agree to join the Millers mailing list and to be bound by these terms and conditions and any variations to them. 

1.2.    1.2 You agree to receive periodic notification via email, text messaging and or conventional post, outlining news, offers and other information relevant to Millers products and services; and third party products and services.

1.3.    These terms and conditions apply to Millers stores trading in Australia and New Zealand; and purchases made on the Millers online store in $AUD and when applicable $NZD.

1.4.    Millers reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice and in its absolute discretion.

2.       Membership

2.1.    Membership is available only to persons 18 years or over.

2.2.    You agree to hold one membership only; and not apply for multiple memberships, whether by using multiple postal addresses, email addresses or otherwise.

2.3.    You agree to keep your contact details up to date.

2.4.    Millers may accept or refuse an application for membership for any reason, in its absolute discretion.

2.5.    Upon becoming a Millers Woman in store you may be issued with a Millers Reward Member Card, which can be used as proof of membership to the Rewards Loyalty Program. This Member Card is not transferrable and remains the property of Millers. It is your responsibility to keep this card safe and tell Millers immediately if it is stolen or lost.

2.6.    After joining online your email address can be used as proof of membership to the Millers Rewards Loyalty Program. You will not be issued with a Member Card when joining online.

2.7.    You are responsible for all use of your membership and associated benefits. Millers Reward Loyalty Program benefits are not transferable.

3.       Reward Points

3.1.    You can earn Rewards Points by presenting your Member Card, Member Card number or email address in store or online at time of purchase.

3.2.    The current Rewards Points rate is 1 point for every $AUD and $NZD dollar spent at Millers. Gift Card purchases, GST, other taxes and any packaging and delivery charges do not qualify towards Rewards Points. Rewards Points earned on lay-by purchases will be applied in full on final payment of your lay-by.

3.3.    If you cannot provide proof of Millers Rewards Loyalty Program membership at time of transaction, Millers is not obliged to issue points on that purchase. Rewards Points will not be applied to orders already placed.

3.4.    If you return any goods for a refund or your order is cancelled or not fulfilled for any reason; the Rewards Points you have earned for that order will be reversed.

3.5.    Rewards Points expire 12 months following the date of issue.

3.6.    Rewards Points have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

3.7.    Millers will keep a record the Rewards Points that you earn. Millers reserves the right to correct your Rewards Points balance without notice if there are any errors in the award or redemption of points.

3.8.    Rewards Points will be converted into Rewards Vouchers at the rate of $5 for every 60 points earned; to a maximum total value of $50.

3.9.    Rewards Vouchers will only be issued each time you reach a minimum points threshold of 60 points; and will only be issued in $5 increments to a maximum total value of $50.

3.10.  How and when you receive your Rewards Vouchers will depend on where and when you have transacted;

3.11.  If you have transacted in store within the last 60 days; the points you have earned on all in store and online purchases will be converted into a Rewards Voucher; you will receive this Rewards Voucher in store when you next make a purchase. 

3.12.  If you have transacted online only within the last 60 days; the points you have earned on all in store and online purchases will be converted into a Rewards Voucher; you will receive this Rewards Voucher via email within 90 days of reaching the minimum point’s threshold of 60 points.

4.        Rewards Vouchers

4.1.  Rewards Vouchers will be issued by Millers either on email or in store on your receipt.

4.2.  By applying for or using a Rewards Voucher you consent to these Voucher terms and any other Voucher terms (Specific Voucher Terms) printed on the voucher or listed on the website or email where the voucher was issued. These terms apply to physical vouchers and to any electronic discount code that may be issued.

4.3.   Rewards Voucher values are as specified on the Voucher.  Multiple Rewards Vouchers can be redeemed in a single transaction to a maximum voucher value of $50.

4.4.  Vouchers are valid 30 days from the date of issue.

4.5. Vouchers are redeemable on the purchase of full priced or promotional sale items over AUD$13.95/NZD$15. Cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any offer, voucher, layby or window promotion; including storewide sale/promotion period.

4.6.  Vouchers are not redeemable on a prior purchase, existing lay-by or on the purchase of Gift Cards. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or used to make a lay-by payment. Vouchers cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping and handling or other charges.

4.7.  Without limitation, Rewards Vouchers printed on your receipt from a physical store are redeemable in store only. They are not redeemable online. Vouchers issued in store must be surrendered on redemption; and must not be reproduced or copied in anyway. Vouchers issued in store are not valid if reproduced or copied.

4.8.  Without limitation, Rewards Vouchers issued on email are redeemable online only. They are not redeemable in store.

4.9.   Millers reserves the right to choose how and when Rewards Vouchers are issued.

4.10.Rewards Vouchers are redeemable once only and are not transferrable.

4.11.Vouchers will not be replaced if stolen, lost or not received.

4.12.Your Rewards Voucher must be redeemed in full in a single transaction during its redemption period. Neither cash nor credit will be issued for the balance of a voucher not redeemed in full. Failure to redeem a voucher before the expiry date provided will result in the forfeit of your voucher.

4.13.Where multiple items are purchased in a single transaction, the value of the redeemed voucher is allocated to each item in the transaction based on the proportion of the items value to the total value of all purchased items, excluding shipping, taxes and other charges.

4.14.If a Voucher is used and your entire order is cancelled or rejected, or you RETURN all or only some of the items in your order; we will refund the actual amount paid by you, subject to our applicable trading terms; and issue a credit note for the voucher discount applied to these returned item/s.

4.15.If a Voucher is used and your entire order or only part of your order is EXCHANGED for new items of equal or greater value, you will not forfeit the Voucher value applied to your original transaction.

5.       Termination

5.1.    You may unsubscribe at any time with written notice by; (a) Going to the “Contact Us” page on the Millers website and filling out the Enquiry Form with a request to unsubscribe. (b) Sending a request via email to info@millers.com.au. (c) Giving notice by post to Customer Service - Millers division of Specialty Fashion Group Ltd. 151-163 Wyndham St, Alexandria NSW 2015; or (d) contacting Customer Service at 1800 151 110 (AU) or 0800 542 222 (NZ).

5.2.    On termination of your membership to the Millers Rewards Loyalty Program, any unused Rewards Points or Rewards Vouchers will be automatically forfeited.

5.3.    Millers may vary or terminate its Millers Rewards Loyalty Program at any time, without notice in its absolute discretion. Millers is not liable for any loss arising from termination or variation, including loss of Rewards Points or reduction in the value Rewards Points. Variations may include but are not limited to changing the ratio of Rewards Points earned to the amount spent, changing the ratio of Rewards Vouchers issued on Rewards Points earned; changing the expiry period of Rewards Points or Rewards Vouchers. This includes but is not limited to discontinue, cancel or refusal to issue or honour any Voucher.

6.       Privacy Policy

6.1.    The Millers Privacy Policy forms a part of these terms and conditions.

7.       Millers

7.1.    The Millers Rewards Loyalty Program – I’m a Millers Woman is conducted by the Millers division of Specialty Fashion Group Ltd. ABN 43 057 569 169.

7.2.    Millers accepts no responsibility for stolen, lost, damaged or misdirected Member Cards, Rewards Vouchers or other member benefits.

7.3.    To the extent legally permitted, Millers excludes all conditions, warranties, guarantees and similar, whether express or implied, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied under the Rewards Loyalty Program (Warranties), other than those implied by statute which may not be legally excluded.  Any liability Millers may have to me under Warranties implied by statute which cannot be excluded is limited, where expressly permitted by statute, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the goods or services again or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the goods, at Millers’s option.

7.4.    To the extent legally permitted, in no event will Millers be liable to anyone for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages of any type whatsoever, including, without limitation, any lost profits or savings, damage to or loss of property or personal injury (including death), even if Millers is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion and waiver of liability applies to all causes of action, whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theories. To the extent that the above exclusion of liability is unenforceable, invalid or ineffective for any reason, it will be severed from these Terms and Millers’s maximum aggregate liability for all losses, damages and other amounts referred to in the above exclusion of liability under any cause of action referred to in the above exclusion of liability is limited to AUD$5.00.

7.5.    These Terms and Conditions apply to the Millers Rewards Loyalty Program – I’m a Millers Woman in general. Any additional competitions, special offers or other vouchers are subject to their own set of conditions, which will apply to you, if you choose to participate in the additional activity.
