What is the Millers Rewards program?
The Millers Rewards program offers our valued customers an opportunity to receive fantastic special offers and reward vouchers based on spend.
How does the Millers Rewards program work?
For every dollar spend, you will receive ONE reward point. Earn 60 points and you will instantly be rewarded with a $5 reward voucher to spend in-store (not available online). You must be a Millers member and present your card in-store on every transaction. Online points will be accumulated the same way however vouchers are issued bi-monthly rather than instantly. Online vouchers cannot be redeemed instore.
Can I collect points online?
Every time you sign in online, you will automatically be logged in to earn points. Unfortunately you are unable to receive the $5 reward voucher instantly (we are currently working on making this happen so please stay posted). Online reward vouchers will then be issued bi-monthly to the values accumulated. For signing up to the Millers email we will also send you a 20% off voucher to redeem in-store or online as an extra special thank you for your loyalty to Millers.
How are the rewards vouchers sent to customers?
For every dollar you spend, your Millers points will automatically be deposited into your account. As soon as you reach 60 points, your $5 reward voucher will pop out of the till with your receipt. If you earn 120 points, you will receive 2 x $5 reward vouchers instore. As online points are accumulated and issued bi-monthly, your online reward voucher will be dependent on the points accumulated.
How do I sign up to become a member? Can I sign up on the website or on Facebook?
You can sign up to become Millers member at any Millers store. A rewards member card will be allocated to you by a Millers staff member on the spot. Or you can sign up online by clicking on the login/register link at the top right hand side of the site. Fill in your details and your will automatically become a member.
Unfortunately you cannot sign up to become a member our Facebook but you can definitely become a fan of Millers on Facebook to receive the latest updates.
What if I have not used my membership card when making purchases? Are points included or have they been missed?
If any purchases were made and your member card was not presented, you will not be able to accumulate points. Reward points are computer generated and cannot be recalculated or re-issued.
When does the rewards voucher expire?
Rewards vouchers are valid for one month from the date printed.
Where can I redeem my rewards voucher?
Instore rewards vouchers can be redeemed at any Millers store (not available online). Online reward vouchers can only be redeemed online.
Can my rewards voucher be used on discounted/promotional sales?
Vouchers are redeemable on the purchase of full priced or promotional sale items over AUD$13.95/NZD$15. Reward vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any offer, voucher, layby or window promotion; including storewide sale/promotion period.
What happens if my rewards voucher is damaged, lost or stolen?
Unfortunately Millers is not liable for any damaged, lost or stolen rewards vouchers.
Can the rewards voucher be redeems for cash/credit, gift vouchers or lay-by?
These rewards vouchers are not transferable, cannot be used on lay-by deposits or payments and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or gift vouchers. Change cannot be given.
When happens if I have lost, misplaced or broken my membership card?
If you have lost, misplaced or broken your member card. Please go into your nearest Millers store and advise a sales member that you require a new card. The Millers sales team in-store will be able to scan a new card and instantly replace the old membership number. This will not create another account for you.
